    CNC: 10~300mm;     Machining Center dimension size: 600X500x450mm
  • 2 shift per day,6 work days per week.
  • Monthly Production: 700 tons of die-casting products.
  • Monthly machining production: 200,000 pieces of die-casting products
Tooling & Fixture:  
 
  • Our tooling dept.are using professional mold design system with CAD and CAM abilities.
  • More fixture are made to enchance the machining efficiency and precision.
  • More special cut knife are also be design and imported from our German Office to assure the quality
    of Machining and reliability.
Second treatment:
 
  • Part surface processing service: Stamping, bur-finishing, paint spraying, chromate treatment, and surface shot blasting, etc.
  • Packing: According the customer's requirement, make the suitable package to meet the requirements to prevent damage from transportation.
Quality Programm action:
  To achieve better quality, we abide by ISO/TS 16949:2002 requirement to set up each quality control system to ensure our aluminum and zinc die casting products and machining meet clients' need.
